Option 1: Delete in the App (instant)

  • Open Mouki and go to the Profile tab.
  • Tap the Settings button.
  • Scroll to Data and tap Delete Account.
  • Confirm. If you signed in with Google or Apple, you will be asked to sign in once more to confirm it is you.

Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you no longer have the App installed, email zipstrikestudios@gmail.com with the subject "Mouki account deletion request". Send it from the email address of the Google or Apple account you used to sign in to Mouki, so we can find and verify your account.

We will confirm and complete your request within 30 days.

If you never signed in with Google or Apple, your account is anonymous and is not linked to any email address. Deleting it in the App (Option 1) is the only way to remove it. Uninstalling the App removes all data stored on your device.

What Is Deleted

  • Your cloud profile: pets, tasks, stats, coins, streaks, achievements, and items
  • Your sign-in record (anonymous, Google, or Apple link)
  • All App data stored on your device, including pet photos and scheduled reminders

What May Be Kept

  • Purchase records held by Google Play, Apple, and RevenueCat (our purchase management provider) may be kept as required for tax, accounting, and fraud prevention. We can ask RevenueCat to delete your customer record on request.
  • Aggregated analytics that cannot identify you.

Important: Deleting your account does not cancel a Mouki Pro subscription. Cancel it first in your Google Play or Apple ID subscription settings.
